Ingredients:
400g soya bean
1.5L water
2 table spoon of brown sugar
Soak the soya bean into tab water for >6 hours. The size of the bean will at least double up.
Separate the bean into three portion and blend with 500ml each time (total 1.5L of water)
Pour the mixture into a clean cloth and squeeze out the water from the bean. You can taste the soya bean before cook. Pour the mixture after filter into a cooking pot.
Cook the soya bean and stir it at least every 2-3 mins once until it's cook. Might need to cook up to 30-40 mins as i cook with low fire to prevent it stick on pot.When it is a bit sticky and less bubble coming out from the mixture, add in the sugar and it is ready to be served~! You can serve it cold by add in some ice as well~!
