Other than rice, another main source of carbohydrates for Chinese would definitely be noodle. We have variety of noodle with variety of shapes while long thin strips would be the most common type. For most of the time, we even serve noodle as our breakfast rather than lunch and dinner. From soup to fry, it is always all time favourite~!
