LuO Han guO (4 sERvinGs)



Ingredients:
1 luo han guo/ siraitia grosvenoril
1/4 cup of dry longan
8 dry winter melon stick
2L water
Peel off the skin of luo han guo and rinse with tab water.

Boil the 2.5L water and add in all ingredients and boil for another 20 mins.

The water will turn to dark brown colour. Served hot or cold at your own preference.
