Bang Kuang Cha (6 sErvings)



Ingredients:
1 shredded carrot (~100g)
1 shredded jicama (~500g)
8 dried mushroom (soak in the water for at least 30 mins and slice it)
100g of shrimp
4 cloves of garlics (chopped)
50g of Shredded cutle fish (clean with tab water)
1 tsp of salt
6 tbsp of oil

Heat the oil and add in chopped garlic. Stir until golden brown then add in shrimp followed by sliced dried mushroom.

Add in shredded carrot and jicama and carrot into the frying pan. Stir fry for about 3 mins.

Add in 0.5L water and stir the the ingredients for few times then cover with pan cover. Once it is boiled,  let it cook for 20 mins with low fire.

Add in the shredded cuttle fish and stir fry for a while. Add in another 0.25L water and cover with pan cover. Cook for another 15 mins.

Add in the salt and we are done.
