GoLdEn Fry Tofu(4 sErvinGs)



Ingredients:
1 tofu
100g of mince pork
half carrot (~100g)
some scallions
600g of plain fluor

Shred the carrot, chop the scallion and smash the tofu as shown. The ratio between mince pork: shred carrot: scallion: tofu will be roughly like 2:2:1:4

Stir the mixture until it is even. Add in the plain flour and ~1.2 tea spoon of salt then stir the mixture again.
Add in the oil into frying pans until it is hot. Distribute the mixture into small pieces and fry until golden brown.

sErve while it's Hot~! Check out yourself by replacing the mince meat with mince chicken, shrimp etc. Simply delicious~!
