stEaM tOfu wiTh MinCe pOrk (4 servings)


Ingredients:
2 tofu
100g of mince pork
2 shallots
2 clove of garlics
2 table spoon of soy sauce
1 tea spoon of sesame oil

For the Mince Pork:
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tea spoon of soy sauce
few drops of sesame oil
1 tea spoon of corn flour
Ground pepper at own preference

Cut each tofu into 8 pieces as shown above

Add in salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground pepper and corn flour into the mince meat and stir it. Divide equally and put it on top of half of those cut Tofu. The mince meat can be replaced by mince meat+mince shrimp with ratio 1:1 as well

Cover the mince pork with remaining tofu

Steam it for about 15 mins and at the same time fry the chopped garlics and shallots until golden brown. Take the tofu out from the steamer and sprinkle with fried garlics and shallots. Mix the sesame oil with the soy sauce and pour on the Tofu. It's ready to be served~!
