fRy CabBage with Cellophane nOodLes and Egg (2 sErvings)


Ingredients:
Quarter of cabbage
2 cloves of garlics
20g of dry shrimps
2 eggs
1/2 pack (or 1 portion) of cellophane noodles
2 table spoon of oil

Methods:
  1. Soak the dry shrimp and cellophane noodles with tab water until soft (20 mins and above).
  2. Add the oil followed by chopped garlic and stir fry for few second.
  3. Add the shrimp in the stir fry until golden brown. 
Add in the sliced cabbage and stir fry until the cabbage is cook.

Add in the cellophane noodles and stir fry it for a while. Add in ~4 Table spoon of water if the noodles stick to the pan.

Beat two eggs and pour into the frying pan. Once the egg is cook, add in some soy sauce (~2 table spoon) and some ground pepper.

Da la..~! We are done~!
