Ingredients:
10 lady's finger
3 cloves of garlics
20g of dry shrimps
2 table spoon of oil
Methods:
- Soak the dry shrimp with tab water until it is soft (20 mins and above)
- Cut the lady's finger into pieces and wash with tab water for few times as it will be quite sticky.
- Add oil into the frying pan followed by garlic.
- Stir fry the garlic for a while and add in the dry shrimp.
- When both garlic n shrimp turn into golden brown, add in the lady's finger and stir fry for about 1 mins.
- Add in some water and cover the pan wih pan cover until the lady's finger is soft. The water level shouldn't cover the lady's finger.
- Add in some salt then we are done.
