fRy laDy's FingEr with dRy shRimp (4 servings)




Ingredients:
10 lady's finger
3 cloves of garlics
20g of dry shrimps
2 table spoon of oil

Methods:
  1. Soak the dry shrimp with tab water until it is soft (20 mins and above)
  2. Cut the lady's finger into pieces and wash with tab water for few times as it will be quite sticky.
  3. Add oil into the frying pan followed by garlic.
  4. Stir fry the garlic for a while and add in the dry shrimp.
  5. When both garlic n shrimp turn into golden brown, add in the lady's finger and stir fry for about 1 mins.
  6. Add in some water and cover the pan wih pan cover until the lady's finger is soft. The water level shouldn't cover the lady's finger.
  7. Add in some salt then we are done.
