Ingredients:
7-8 long beans (cut into small portions)
2 eggs
4 table spoon of Oil
2 table spoon of soy sauce
2 table spoon of soy sauce
Pour the oil onto the pans and stir fry the cut long bean until it's soft (~3-4 mins). Add in 1 table spoon of soy sauce and stir it until it's even. Beat both eggs and pour into the pans. Flip the egg when it's cook.
Pour in another 1 table spoon of soy sauce and it is ready to be served~! You can cut the egg into four portion as it is easier to flip over. Enjoy~!
