SwEet and SoUr ChiCkeN (4-6 SeRvinGs):



 

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (cut it into pieces)
1 corn (cut the corn kernel off the cob)
1 egg
Fried Chicken flour
4 tbsp of oil

For the sauce (mix all together in a bowl):
8 tbsp of tomato sauce
4 tbsp of vinegar
4 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of sugar
14 tbsp of water

Dip the chicken into beaten egg and coat with fry chicken flour. Fry the chicken until golden brown. 

Heat the oil and put in corn kernels. Stir fry for about 1 min and add in the the fried chicken. Add in the sauce and stir fry until the fried chicken are covered with the sauce.

Cover it up with pan cover until the sauce are boiled and sticky. Serve over rice~!
