WateR chEstnuT sOup (4 servings):



Ingredients:
300g of pork bone
10 water chestnuts
1 potato
1 celery
1 carrot

Method:
  1. Clean the pork bone by pouring in boiled water.
  2. Repeats for few times until the bone is clean (the water is clear)
  3. Boil 1.2L water and put in the pork bone.
  4. Cut the chestnut into half. Cut the potato and carrot similar size as half chestnut.
  5. Add in potato, chestnut and carrot after 10 mins.
  6. Boil the soup with low fire for 30mins.
  7. Add in celery and boil for another 10 mins.
  8. Add some salt and the soup is ready to serve.
  9. Just realize i forget to capture the photo of miss carrot before cook.haha..

Chinese Spinach Soup (2 SerVinGs):


Ingredients:
100g of lean pork meat (cut into cube)
150g of chinese spinach
3 cloves of garlic
1 egg
0.5L water
2 Table spoon of oil

Add in the oil and stir fry the garlic until golden brown followed by lean pork meat. Stir fry for 1 min before ddd the chinese spinach in. Stir fry for another 1-2 mins and add in the water.

Cover the soup with pan's cover until it's boiled. Beat the egg and add into the soup. Stir the egg and add in pinch of salt. Serve while it's hot~!

ABC Soup (4 sErvinGs):

 Ingredients:
300g of pork bone
1 potato
2 tomatoes
1 onion

Cut the potato, tomatoes and onion into pieces
Method:
  1. Clean the pork bone by boiled water.
  2. Boil 1.2L water and put in the pork bone.
  3. Boil for 10 mins and add in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Boil with low fire for 1 hour and add in 1/2 tea spoon of salt before serving~! 

MushrOom PeppEr sOup (4 SeRvinGs)


Ingredients:
300g of pork bone
10 meat ball
1 can of straw mushrooms 
5 dried mushrooms (soak into tab water for at least 30 mins)
20g pepper seed

Method:
  1. Cut the straw mushrooms and dried mushrooms into half and rinse with tab water.
  2. Clean the pork bone by boiled water.
  3. Boil 1.2L water and put in the pork bone.
  4. After 10 mins put in the meat ball. Let it boil for another 10 mins.
  5. Press the pepper seed with knife. Add the pepper into the soup together with all mushrooms and boiled for another 40 mins.
  6. Add in some salt (~1/2 tea spoon) and we are done.

InsTant NoOdlE with Sticky Soup (1 serving):



Ingredients:
1 pack of instant noodle
1 ham
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
1 sausage
some broccoli
400ml water
2 table spoon of oil
2 Table spoon of corn flour+5 table spoon of tab water

Mix the cook noodle with 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil. Instead, you can use the instant noodle mixture.

Fry the chopped garlic until golden brown with 2 Table spoon of oil. Add in the cut sausages, hams and broccoli and stir fry for a while. Add in the 400ml water and let it boil. Thick the soup with corn flour water.

Beat one egg and pour into the mixture. Stir the mixture and add in some salt.



Pour the mixture into the instant noodle and it's ready to be served~!
