Ingredients:
300g of pork bone
10 water chestnuts
1 potato
1 celery
1 carrot
Method:
- Clean the pork bone by pouring in boiled water.
- Repeats for few times until the bone is clean (the water is clear)
- Boil 1.2L water and put in the pork bone.
- Cut the chestnut into half. Cut the potato and carrot similar size as half chestnut.
- Add in potato, chestnut and carrot after 10 mins.
- Boil the soup with low fire for 30mins.
- Add in celery and boil for another 10 mins.
- Add some salt and the soup is ready to serve.
- Just realize i forget to capture the photo of miss carrot before cook.haha..
