Ingredients:
300g of pork bone
10 meat ball
1 can of straw mushrooms
5 dried mushrooms (soak into tab water for at least 30 mins)
20g pepper seed
Method:
- Cut the straw mushrooms and dried mushrooms into half and rinse with tab water.
- Clean the pork bone by boiled water.
- Boil 1.2L water and put in the pork bone.
- After 10 mins put in the meat ball. Let it boil for another 10 mins.
- Press the pepper seed with knife. Add the pepper into the soup together with all mushrooms and boiled for another 40 mins.
- Add in some salt (~1/2 tea spoon) and we are done.
